If you have an unresolved / outstanding matter related to your pandemic pay SEBAC has been working diligently on the issues. The State of Connecticut Comptroller has been working in collaboration with SEBAC and has provided an updated Pandemic Review Request form. 
If your Pandemic Pay Review Request has not been resolved, we ask that you complete the Updated Review Request form which can be found on the Comptrollers Website for Pandemic Pay Or you can access the Updated Review Request form directly by following this link:
