Contract Negotiations Update
Your NP-3 bargaining team is excited to share that the NP-3 bargaining team has reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) for a successor contract for our members. We know you are hearing many rumors, and we want to alleviate some of your anxiety. We are preparing for informational sessions that will review the new contract changes. These sessions will start next month, will be held virtually via ZOOM and are dedicated to our NP-3 members in good standing. Following the informational sessions, NP-3 members will have the opportunity to vote on your contract.

In accordance with the AFSCME International Constitution, AFSCME Council 4 Constitution, and the NP-3 Clerical Local's Constitutions the dues rate effective January 1, 2026 will be $29.27 per pay period.
